About SetNova
Appointment setting deserves more than a script and good intentions
High-performing setters aren't found by accident. They're built through training, systems, accountability, coaching, and data. That's the operating model behind SetNova.
Our mission
SetNova exists to create better setters and help businesses build better appointment-setting operations. That means treating setting as a real, learnable sales discipline, not an entry-level task handed to whoever answers a job post first.
On one side, that means structured training, honest feedback, and a genuine path to placement for people willing to put in the work. On the other, it means businesses get setters who've actually been trained and evaluated, with the option of ongoing management once they're placed.
We measure ourselves the same way you measure a setter: by results, not activity. No inflated dial counts, no vanity metrics, no fluff. If a placement isn't producing, we want to know before you have to tell us.
[Add SetNova's founding story here: why this company started, what problem the founders saw firsthand, and what changed as a result. Avoid unverified claims about team size, years of experience, or results until they can be substantiated.]
The SetNova Standard
What we screen for, on both sides
How we think about sales talent
Skill can be taught. Character has to be screened for.
Scripts and objection frameworks can be taught in days. What actually determines whether a setter succeeds (discipline, coachability, reliability) has to be evaluated directly, through live roleplay and real feedback, not a resume.
For businesses
We act as an extension of your sales operation, not a resume-forwarding service. That means understanding your offer and process before we ever suggest a candidate, and staying involved after placement if you want us to.
For setters
We treat training as the foundation of a real career path, not a funnel into a paid course. Certification means something because it's tied to an actual assessment, and placement is framed honestly as an opportunity, not a promise.
Which side of SetNova are you on?
Two paths, one ecosystem. Tell us which one applies, and we'll route you to the right conversation.
